If you know your way around Issaquah's historic Front Street neighborhood and love showing other people around, we need you! Join us as a walking guide for Issaquah on Tap—returning for another year on June 9, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
As a walking guide, your responsibilities will include:
Escorting a group of ~12–15 ticketholders between venues likely to include the Issaquah Depot Museum, Rollin Log, Stan's Bar-B-Q, El 42 Cantina, and finally the Historic Shell Station
Keeping track of time at each venue and prompting the group to pick up and move at the appointed time
Pointing out historic landmarks along the route and sharing a bit of their history (from provided notes)
Coordinating entrances and exits from venues with the volunteer storyteller at each location
As a perk of this volunteer opportunity, you'll get to enjoy the refreshments and stories shared at each of the venues in our lineup.
If you're interested, please plan to attend at least 1 virtual or in-person meeting ~1–2 weeks before the event to coordinate details across the broader group of volunteers.
