The Trolley Platform Agent welcomes visitors, manages ticking and boarding, and provides ADA lift assistance. You will coordinate with the Conductor to ensure a safe platform and secure ramp for boarding and unboarding.
Acts as a primary point of contact for visitors at the Depot looking to ride the trolley, providing information on schedules, ticketing, and boarding procedures.
Manages the "gate" by selling tickets to walk-up visitors and scanning digital or physical passes to authorize boarding.
Manages the flow of visitors on the platform to maintain a clear path for passengers for the trolley’s arrival and departure.
Operates the wayside lift and coordinates the priority boarding of passengers requiring mobility assistance.
Communicates with the Trolley Conductor to confirm that all passengers are accounted for and the ramp is clear before the car departs.

- Must be able to pass a background check.
