The Trolley Platform Agent welcomes visitors, manages ticking and boarding, and provides ADA lift assistance. You will coordinate with the Conductor to ensure a safe platform and secure ramp for boarding and unboarding.

  • Acts as a primary point of contact for visitors at the Depot looking to ride the trolley, providing information on schedules, ticketing, and boarding procedures.

  • Manages the "gate" by selling tickets to walk-up visitors and scanning digital or physical passes to authorize boarding.

  • Manages the flow of visitors on the platform to maintain a clear path for passengers for the trolley’s arrival and departure.

  • Operates the wayside lift and coordinates the priority boarding of passengers requiring mobility assistance.

  • Communicates with the Trolley Conductor to confirm that all passengers are accounted for and the ramp is clear before the car departs.

Qualifications

- Enjoys greeting people and assisting them with riding the trolley.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
