General volunteer waiver

By volunteering with Issaquah History Museums, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and are responsible for your personal safety at all times. Work in and around historic buildings, collections, and program spaces may involve inherent hazards, including potential exposure to lead paint or other environmental materials, handling fragile or breakable objects, lifting or moving heavy items, and navigating uneven or aging structures. By taking part, you agree to use your best judgment, engage only in tasks that feel safe for you, and understand that the organization, its representatives (including staff and other volunteers), and affiliated organizations are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your volunteer activities.

Photography and media

By participating in this event, you acknowledge that photos, videos, or other media may be taken. You grant permission for your likeness to be used in group communications, promotional materials, and social media related to the event or its organizers.
