Event photography and videography

Help us capture the spirit of community at IHM events by filming our attendees, volunteers, and historic locations. Some events may be 21+ only. Apply for this role if you'd like to work with us on a recurring basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing your own equipment for use

• Coordinating with our staff around IHM events (you choose what you want to attend)

• Identifying yourself as the event photographer/videographer to attendees (including wearing a volunteer badge) 

• Downloading and providing any files to IHM within 7–10 days of an event unless discussed otherwise

• Editing only if you would like to do so

Note that attendees and volunteers at IHM at our events do grant permission to be photographed and/or filmed for use in IHM materials (see our volunteer waivers); still, we appreciate your tact and patience in asking for their permission where a photo will clearly identify someone.

We will gladly credit photos/video taken by volunteers with your name/business name or handle when used in IHM materials.
