About the role

Help us repurpose our Issaquah Skyport online exhibit into a story stroll—a series of signs to be posted along the Rainier Trail between the Issaquah Community Center and the Issaquah Depot Museum. These signs will be on display during Issaquah's AireCraft Festival, August 13–16.

We'll supply the text and images; you create the designs in Canva or similar application. (We can provide a login if needed.)

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating original layouts that incorporate historical images, interpretive text, and branding elements (logos, QR codes), supplied by IHM.

  • Following the design standards in our brand guide for colors, fonts, etc.

  • Designing with accessibility, color contrast, and the outdoor environment in mind.

  • Providing recommendations on printing specifications.

This volunteer opportunity can be done remotely. Completed designs must be provided at printable resolution to IHM before August 1, 2026.
